Ioan Cozacu
Nel (Ioan Cozacu) (born June 27, 1953 in Cluj-Napoca , Romania) has been a freelance cartoonist and book illustrator since 1984 and is one of the best-known cartoonists in Germany.
Nel studied from 1973 to 1978 at the University of Industrial Design in Halle, Burg Giebichenstein in Halle (Saale) . He lives and works in Erfurt . He works for various publishers such as Eulenspiegel , Altberliner, Mitteldeutscher, Weißer Stein, Lappan, Liszt, Weymann-Bauer, Eichborn . He also works on various newspapers and magazines, including TLZ , WAZ , ADZ , taz, as well as Eulenspiegel and Stern . Ioan Cozacu is a founding member of the cartoon factory Köpenick.
