Thomas Plaßmann

Thomas Plaßmann (* 1960 in Essen ) is a German cartoonist and caricaturist .

Biography and personal information

After graduating from high school, Plaßmann studied history and German and completed training as a carpenter. He has been a freelance draftsman since 1987. Plaßmann is married and has three children.

Publicity and dissemination

Plaßmann draws cartoons or caricatures for daily newspapers. He publishes regularly in the Frankfurter Rundschau , the Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung , the Neue Ruhr Zeitung , the Berliner Zeitung , in the church newspapers of the Diocese of Speyer ( the pilgrims ) and the Diocese of Trier ( Paulinus - weekly newspaper in the Diocese of Trier ) as well as in the Werdener Nachrichten . He also publishes in magazines, specialist publications and books.
