Ivett Szöllősi (born December 22, 1982 in Miskolc ) is a former Hungarian biathlete . Between 2000 and 2004 she took part in all major biathlon events.

Ivett Szöllősi started for Miskolci Honvéd Sportegyesület . She contested her first international races as part of the 1999 World Junior Championships in Pokljuka . In 2000 she first took part in the Junior European Championships in Zakopane and was there 36th in the sprint, 28th in the individual and tenth in the relay. Shortly afterwards, she ran the Junior World Championships in Hochfilzen and reached 42nd place in the sprint, 43rd in the pursuit and 14th in the relay. The third highlight of the year was the 2000 Biathlon World Championships at Holmenkollen in Oslo . Szöllősi ran the individual as well as the sprint and finished 67th and 74th. Finally she also took part in her first biathlon World Cup race in Lahti and finished 75th in an individual. From the 2000/01 season , the Hungarian competed regularly in World Cup races. At the 2001 Biathlon World Championships in Pokljuka, she ran 79th in both sprint and singles. Szöllősi celebrated her greatest success with 58th place in singles at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City . In addition, she was 71st in the sprint race. She ran her third world championship in 2003 in Khanty-Mansiysk . In the individual she reached the 70th place, in the sprint place 78. After less successful participation in the Junior World Championships in 2001 in Khanty-Mansiysk and in 2002 in Ridnaun , Szöllősi ran in the individual World Championships in 2003 in Kościelisko in eleventh place. The last World Cup was the world title fights in Oberhof the following year . In the sprint, she reached 86th place.
