Jörn Kamphuis (born December 1, 1987 in Nordhorn ) is a German presenter and former Mister Germany .

Life

Kamphuis grew up in Itterbeck , a small town in Lower Saxony near the Dutch border. During and after graduating from high school in 2007, Kamphuis worked as a freelancer for the local media in his home district of Grafschaft Bentheim ( Ems-Vechte-Welle and Grafschafter Nachrichten ). After graduating from high school, he went to Greece as an animator for four months and did cabaret and juggling . In 2008 he moved to Berlin to study sports economics at the University of Potsdam . He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2011 .

After completing his studies, he founded two internet platforms and worked as a tutor at the Chair of Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Potsdam . Kamphuis has also been working as a model since 2011.

From 2012 to 2013 he was the comoderator of Ben Blümel on the show KIKA LIVE Party Check together with Jana Skudelny . In November 2012 he was elected Mister Germany 2013 (title awarded by Miss Germany Corporation).
