Jewish cemetery (Holzappel)
The Jewish cemetery in Holzappel , a local community in the Rhein-Lahn district in Rhineland-Palatinate , was laid out in the middle of the 19th century and occupied until 1936. The Jewish cemetery southwest of the village is a protected cultural monument .
The dead of the Jewish community in Holzappel were buried in the Jewish cemetery in Cramberg until their own cemetery was established .
Today there are still around 20 tombstones in the cemetery in Holzappel.
