Jacob Aicher von Aichenegg (also: Jakob Aicher Ritter von Aichenegg , born July 13, 1809 in Winklern , † July 7, 1877 in Vienna ) was an Austrian lawyer, member of the Frankfurt National Assembly and member of the Austrian House of Representatives .

Life

Jacob Aicher von Aichenegg was the son of the landowner Josef Georg Anton Aicher von Eichenegg. He studied from 1826 at the University of Vienna Jura , was about 1835 lawyer in Salzburg, after he was in 1842 a member of the law faculty. From 1844 to 1866 he was court attorney in Vienna. In 1848 he also became a notary here .

He was Roman Catholic and married twice. His first marriage was in 1848 with Modesta Kumpf, who died in 1849. He had a daughter with her. His second marriage was in 1851 with Marie Eysank von Marienfels, who died in 1870 and with whom he had three sons and three daughters, some of whom died young. He was the father-in-law of the Bohemian-Austrian lawyer and politician Adolf Weiss Ritter von Tessbach .
