Jacob Hveding

Jacob Hveding was Løgmaður of the Faroe Islands from 1772 to 1786 and then Lagmann of Stavanger .

Jacob Hveding was a Norwegian and a trained lawyer. He was the first Løgmaður to receive a fixed salary (100 Reichstaler per year) for his work.
