The Jaguar language is an Iranian language spoken in Tajikistan and is spoken by around 12,000 people (as of 2004).

The Jaghnobi goes back to a Sogdian dialect . Besides Ossetian, hagnobical is the only living language from the branch of the north-east Iranian languages . It is spoken in two different dialects: the Eastern and the Western dialect.

Jaghnobisch is spoken in the region of Khujand , in the district of Zafarobod , north of Dushanbe and on the Jaghnob river , where it originally comes from.
