Jahi Di'Allo Winston

Jahi Di'Allo Winston (born November 30, 2003 in Atlanta ) is an American musical actor and young actor .

Life

Jahi Di'Allo Winston was born to Juakena and Darryl Winston in Atlanta, where he grew up. He has two siblings.

He made his stage actor debut in November 2014 in the role of young Simba in the Broadway musical The Lion King . This was followed by a role in the television series Feed the Beast on the side of Jim Sturgess and David Schwimmer . After a supporting role in Mein Bester & Ich in 2017 and in Proud Mary and ten episodes of Everything Sucks! the following year Winston was seen in The Dead Don't Die by Jim Jarmusch in the role of Geronimo and in Queen & Slim as a junior.

He got a leading role in the film drama Twelve by Angel Manuel Soto , which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2020 and played Mouse. In The Violent Heart by Kerem Sanga he got the role of the young protagonist.
