Jakub Brabec (born August 6, 1992 in Prague ) is a Czech football player .
Career
societies
Brabec played in the youth department of Sparta Prague and began his professional career in 2008 with FK Viktoria Žižkov . Here he played for three seasons and returned to Sparta in 2011 as a professional footballer. This club gave him the first two seasons for the duration of one season, first to his reserve team and then to 1. FC Slovácko .
From summer 2016, Brabec continued his career abroad by moving to KRC Genk . For the first half of the 2018/19 season he switched to Çaykur Rizespor in the Turkish Süper Lig . Another loan followed in February 2019, this time to Viktoria Pilsen in the Czech Republic . Since the club made use of an agreed purchase option in the summer of 2019, Brabec finally moved to Pilsen for the 2019/20 season. He got a three-year contract there.
National team
Brabec started his national team career in 2011 with a commitment for the Czech U-18 national team and went through all subsequent youth national teams in his country until 2015. With the Czech U-19 national team , he took part in the U-19 European Championship in 2011 and became vice-European champion with her.
In March 2016 he made his debut for the Czech national team during a friendly against Sweden .
