Jannis Spengler (* 1972 in Athens ) is a Greek - German actor .

Life

Jannis Spengler studied acting at the Bavarian Theater Academy in Munich .

At the beginning of his career as an actor there were theater engagements . From 1998 to 2000 Spengler was a member of the ensemble at the Residenztheater in Munich . During these years Spengler played the role of Mike Connor in the play Comedian by Trevor Griffiths , the record in The Threepenny Opera by Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill , the Buenco in Clavigo by Johann Wolfgang Goethe and the stall owner in Hinkemann by Ernst Toller .

Spengler has been working as a freelance actor since 2000, but also had guest engagements, including 2001 at the Ingolstadt City Theater , where he inventively played Lelio in love by Carlo Goldoni .
