The Japan Cup ( Japaneseジ ャ パ ン カ ッ プ サ イ ク ル ロ ー ド レ ー ス, officially "Japan Cup Cycle Road Race" ) is a Japanese bicycle race .

The one-day race was held for the first time in 1992 and has been held annually at the end of October since then. In 1996 the race was part of the cycling world cup . With the introduction of the UCI Asia Tour in 2005, the race belongs to this racing series and was initially classified in category 1.1. Since it was held in October 2008, which was part of the Asia Tour 2009 , it has been upgraded to the 1st HC category.

Record winners of the race are the two Italians Claudio Chiappucci and Sergio Barbero , who have each been successful three times. In 1997, Yoshiyuki Abe was the only Japanese to win the one-day race.
