Hendrik Redant (born November 1, 1962 in Ninove ) is a former Belgian cyclist and later sports director of cycling teams .

His greatest success as a professional cyclist was winning the classic Paris-Tours in 1992.

After the end of his active career, he became sporting director of the UCI ProTeam Omega Pharma-Lotto in 2010 , which he left after the end of the season to take on this role with the Australian Pegasus team. However, Pegasus did not receive a license from the World Cycling Federation UCI . With the 2012 season, Redant took over the position of Sports Director for the UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team .
