Javier Guarino , full name Luis Javier María Guarino Moscatell , (born April 16, 1986 in Salto ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

Depending on the sources, the 1.81 or 1.82 meter tall offensive player Guarino belonged to the squad of the first division Defensor Sporting in the Clausura 2006 .
