Jack Leonard "Jay" Barrs Jr. (born July 17, 1962 in Jacksonville , Florida ) is an American archer .
Barrs participated in two Olympic Games; In 1988 in Seoul he won the individual competition and came second with the team; In 1992 in Barcelona he was fifth, the team sixth.
In addition, he was world champion in 1990 and 1992 and 19-time US champion in various variants.
After his active career, Barrs was employed, among other things, as an official of the Archery Trade Association .
