Mazinho - actually Waldemar Aureliano de Oliveira Filho (born December 26, 1965 in Rio de Janeiro ) - is a former Brazilian soccer player .
Career
societies
After the Brazilian clubs FC Santos , Atletico Paranaense and CA Bragantino , with the latter finishing second in the Brazilian championship, Mazinho was signed by FC Bayern Munich in 1991 .
His premier in the Bundesliga on August 14, 1991 (3rd matchday) in the away game against Fortuna Dusseldorf he crowned with the 1-0 winner in the 89th minute. In 28 games that he played in his first season, he scored eight goals, four of which he scored as a double goal on October 26 (15th matchday) in a 3-0 home win over Borussia Mönchengladbach and on November 30 (20. Matchday) in the 3: 4 defeat in the home game against Werder Bremen . He also made four appearances in the UEFA Cup (2 goals), for the first time on September 18 in the 1-1 draw at Cork City and also scored his first goal in this competition in the 2-6 defeat at B 1903 Copenhagen . After returning to Brazil and only active for Flamengo Rio de Janeiro for six months , Mazinho moved to Japan for the 1995 season . After five seasons for first division club Kashima Antlers and five titles, he played one more season for first division promoted Kawasaki Frontale before returning to his home country and ending his career with CA Bragantino in 2001.

Mazinho wore the Seleção's jersey 11 times between 1990 and 1991 and scored two goals. He made his debut on December 12, 1990 in Los Angeles in the goalless draw in the friendly against the selection of Mexico .
