Jean-Claude Bouchard OMI (born September 25, 1940 in Saint-Éloi ) is Bishop of Pala .
Life
Jean-Claude Bouchard joined the Order of the Oblates (OMI) and was ordained a priest on August 30, 1969 .
Pope Paul VI appointed him Bishop of Pala on February 26, 1977 . He was ordained bishop by the Archbishop of Bangui , Joachim N'Dayen , on May 1st of the same year; Co -consecrators were Paul-Pierre-Yves Dalmais S.J. , Archbishop of N'Djaména , and Henri Véniat SJ, Bishop of Sarh .
