Jedrick Wills Jr. (* 17th May 1999 in Lexington , Kentucky ) is an American American football poker players on the position of offensive tackles for the Cleveland Browns in the National Football League (NFL). He previously played college football in Alabama and was selected by Browns in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft .

High school

Wills grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and attended Lafayette High School. As a junior and senior, he was named to the First Team All-State by the Associated Press and invited to play in the Under Armor All-America Game. Listed as a top talent in the state of Kentucky, Wills chose to play college football in Alabama and against offers from Kentucky , Michigan , Tennessee and Notre Dame .

college

Wills was used as a freshman in 11 games. He started with the game against Ole Miss , in which Crimson Tide began with a formation with six linemen. Wills was named a starter in his sophomore season as the right tackle. He started in all 15 games of the Crimson Tide and was named Offensive Lineman of the Week of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) in week 7 against Missouri .

After the end of the season, Wills announced that he would forego his senior season to participate in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Wills was drafted tenth in the first round in the 2020 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns.
