Jeffrey Boam
Jeffrey Boam (born November 30, 1946 in Rochester , New York , USA , † January 24, 2000 in Los Angeles , California ) was an American screenwriter and producer.
Life
Prior to his career as a screenwriter, he attended Sacramento State University and later did a Masters in Arts from the University of California in Los Angeles. In addition to his work as a screenwriter, Boam was also active as a producer. So he was u. a. Executive producer on the television series The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. , for which he also wrote some scripts. He directed the first and only time in 1993 when he directed an episode of the horror series Tales from the Crypt . He died of heart failure from lung disease at the age of 53.
