Jeffrey Riseley
Jeffrey Riseley (born November 11, 1986 ) is an Australian middle-distance runner .
At the World Athletics Championships in 2007 in Osaka he was eliminated over 800 m and at the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 over 1500 m in the preliminary run. In 2009 he reached the semi-finals at the World Cup in Berlin over 1500 m.
At the 2011 World Cup in Daegu, he failed over 1500 m and at the 2012 Olympic Games over 800 m in the first round.
In 2014 he finished fifth at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow over 800 m and 1500 m and at the Athletics Continental Cup in Marrakech over 800 m.
At the 2015 World Championships , he did not start in the semifinals of the 800-meter run due to an injury.
He was five times over 1500 m (2009, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015) and once over 800 m (2015) Australian champion.
