Yevhen Prysjaschnjuk took part in natural track tobogganing competitions from 2001 and started in the World Cup in winter 2004/2005 , where he participated in both single and double-seater races from the start. In the single-seater he competed in four World Cup races in the 2004/2005 season , in which the 28th place on his debut on January 9, 2005 in Unterammergau was the best place. After suffering a failure in their first race in Unterammergau, they were only the last to cross the finish line in the other three races, but still finished 12th in the overall World Cup out of a total of 19 pairs of two-seater who won World Cup points this winter. Also in the 2005/2006 season , Jewhen Prysjaschnjuk started together with Juri Hartsula in a two-seater. Like the entire Ukrainian team, they only took part in the first three World Cup races this winter, achieved two tenth and one 13th place as the last or penultimate and finished tenth in the overall World Cup. As in the previous year, he finished 28th in the single-seater, this time in Olang , Prysjaschnjuk's best result, and although he competed in one less race than last year, he was able to improve by seven places to 37th in the overall World Cup, putting him directly ahead of his two-seater partner Juri Hartsula was the best of the four Ukrainians in the single seater. After Jewhen Prysjaschnjuk was registered for the 2005 World Cup in Laces , but did not start there, he contested his first title fights at the 2006 European Championships in Umhausen . In the single-seater he finished 34th out of 43 tobogganers and in the double-seater with Juri Hartsula he took 13th and penultimate place.

In the 2006/2007 season , Jewhen Prysjaschnjuk again took part in four World Cup races in a single-seater and at the end of the season reached two 25th places in Moos in Passeier , which enabled him to climb to 31st place in the overall World Cup and this time four points behind Vitaly Sakharov, second best of the Ukrainian team was. After the retirement of his previous partner Juri Hartsula, he contested three World Cup races with Oleksandr Serb in doubles . With a twelfth and two 14th places, she came last or penultimate to the finish and finished 15th in the overall World Cup. Prysjaschnjuk did not take part in the 2007 World Cup because the Ukrainian Association did not send any athletes to the Canadian Grande Prairie . The 2007/2008 World Cup season was Prysjaschnjuks last and the only one in which he took part in all six World Cup races, both in single and double. In the single-seater he drove five times under the fastest 30 and achieved the best results two 25th places in the second race in Umhausen and in the first race in Železniki . In the overall World Cup, he was able to improve further and achieve his best overall result with 27th place, making him the best-placed Ukrainian for the second time. This winter, Prysjaschnjuk started in the doubles with Marjan Husner , who was seven years his junior and who took part in the doubles World Cup for the first time. They achieved a tenth and five eleventh places, with which they reached ninth place overall among 18 pairs of two-seater with two points ahead of their compatriots Vitaly Sakharov and Ihor Senjuk .
