Jim Metzler

Jim Metzler (born June 23, 1951 in Oneonta ) is an American actor.

Life

After graduating from Dartmouth College, Metzler decided to start an acting career. He became known for guest appearances in popular well-known US television series. In the mid-1980s he became known in Germany through the American miniseries Torches in the Storm , in which he played the role of the southern politician James Huntoon at the side of Terri Garber. In 1983 he received a Golden Globe nomination for his supporting role in the 1982 film Tex .
