Jing'an (Shanghai)
Jing'an ( 静安 区 , Jìng'ān Qū ) is one of ten "inner" districts of the government- direct city of Shanghai in the People's Republic of China .
Jing'an has an area of 7.62 square kilometers and a population of 320,679 (2003). The population density is 42,084 inhabitants per square kilometer.
The Jing'an Temple of the same name is located in Jing'an .
Administrative structure
At the community level, Jing'an is made up of five street districts. These are:
- Road quarter Jiangning Lu (江宁路街道), Government seat of the district;
- Caojiadu Street District (曹家渡 街道);
- Road quarter Jing'ansi (静安寺街道);
- Nanjing Xilu Street District (南京 西路 街道);
- Shimen Erlu (石门二路 街道) street district .
