Jing'an ( 静安 区 , Jìng'ān Qū ) is one of ten "inner" districts of the government- direct city ​​of Shanghai in the People's Republic of China .

Jing'an has an area of ​​7.62 square kilometers and a population of 320,679 (2003). The population density is 42,084 inhabitants per square kilometer.

The Jing'an Temple of the same name is located in Jing'an .
