Joachim von Schierstaedt

Hans Joachim von Schierstaedt (born May 8, 1858 in Groß-Lessen , district of Grünberg , province of Silesia ; † December 21, 1907 at Gut Skyren near Messow , district of Crossen / Oder , province of Brandenburg ) was a German manor owner and member of parliament.

Life

Joachim von Schierstaedt was the son of the manor owner, foundation curator and member of the Prussian House of Representatives Friedrich von Schierstaedt and his wife Hedwig geb. from Bredow . After attending the Knight Academy (Brandenburg an der Havel) , he studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin . In 1881 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . He was the owner of the Skyren manor. In the Prussian Army he reached the rank of Captain of the Reserve .

After his father, who was a member of the constituency of Frankfurt 6 (Züllichau-Schwiebus, Krossen) in the Prussian House of Representatives , died on May 6, 1905, Schierstaedt was elected to the Prussian House of Representatives on July 29, 1905 in a by-election in his father's constituency elected. He held the mandate until his death in 1907. Like his father, he was a member of the Conservative Party .

He was married to Dorothea von Lamprecht.
