Joaquim Andrade

Joaquim Adrego Andrade (born August 16, 1969 ) is a former Portuguese cyclist .

Joaquim Adrego Andrade won the Algarve Tour in 1991 . In 1997 he won a stage in the Tour du Poitou-Charentes and was able to win the overall standings. Until 1999 he rode for the Portuguese cycling team Maia . In 2001 he moved to Cantanhede-Marques de Marialva , where he became the Portuguese time trial champion a year later and won the Volta ao Alentejo . The following year he repeated the success in the time trial championship. Andrade has been driving for the Portuguese Continental Team Riberalves since 2005 , with whom he won the national championship title in road racing in 2005.
