Joel Zamudio Baylon (born January 28, 1954 in Milaor , Camarines Sur , Philippines ) is Bishop of Legazpi .

Life

Joel Zamudio Baylon received on 8 October 1978, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On February 14, 1998, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Masbate . The Apostolic Nuncio in the Philippines, Archbishop Gian Vincenzo Moreni , donated him episcopal ordination on March 25 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Caceres , Leonard Zamora Legaspi OP , and the Bishop of Legazpi, José Sorra . On October 1, 2009 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the Bishop of Legazpi. The inauguration took place on December 10th of the same year.
