Johann Ditterich

Johann Martin Ditterich (born October 28, 1898 in Fürth ; † January 20, 1973 in Sonthofen ) was a German politician of the CSU .

Ditterich attended secondary school and then did an apprenticeship in a law office. After taking some preparatory courses for university studies, he studied at the Hindenburg University, the University of Economics and Social Sciences, with a degree in business administration. In 1927 he started as an assistant at the Institute for Economic Monitoring of German Finished Goods at the University of Nuremberg . Later he was editor of the journals Keramos , Die Schaulade , Die deutsche finishedware as well as Market and Consumption . From 1930 until his release three years later he worked as a university assistant. From 1936 to 1945 he worked as a consultant for consumption research at the Institute for Economic Monitoring of German Finished Goods, where he became the main consultant in 1937. At the Gesellschaft für Konsumforschung he was elected to the board of directors in 1941, to the administrative board in 1949 and in 1960 to the second vice-president. From 1946 to 1968 he was district administrator of the Sonthofen district and from 1958 to 1963 a member of the Bavarian Senate . He was also deputy chairman of the Swabian branch of the Bavarian district association .
