Johannes Neumann (politician, 1817)

Johannes Neumann (born June 1, 1817 in Köslin ; † June 13, 1886 in Posegnick , Gerdauen district ) was a landowner and a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Neumann was educated in the Schindler orphanage in Berlin, then attended the Eldena Academy for a year and attended two semesters of lectures at the University of Berlin . He devoted himself to farming on his estate in Posegnick.

From 1873 to 1876 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives and from 1874 to 1877 of the German Reichstag for the Reichstag electoral district of Königsberg 10 district and the National Liberal Party .
