Max von Romberg

Maximilian Konrad Joseph Freiherr von Romberg (born September 6, 1824 in Brunn , Ruppin district ; † September 22, 1904 there ) was a Fideikommissherr and member of the Reichstag .

origin

His parents were Wilhelm Gisbert Konrad Ludwig Philipp Ferdinand von Romberg (born November 11, 1788 - † March 5, 1856) and his wife, Countess Eleonore Caroline Frederike Amalie von Wangenheim (* October 22, 1794 - † January 9, 1872).

Life

Romberg was the Prussian Premier Lieutenant and manor owner at Gerdauen Castle in Gerdauen , as such a member of the Prussian manor house .

From 1867 to 1871 he was a member of the Reichstag of the North German Confederation for the Conservative Party and the Reichstag constituency of Koenigsberg District 10 . In this capacity he was also a member of the Customs Parliament from 1868 to 1870 . From 1871 to 1874 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the Conservative Party and the constituency of Königsberg 10 (Rastenburg-Gerdauen-Friedland).

family

On October 12, 1849, he married Countess Bertha von Itzenplitz (born April 9, 1829) from the Friedland-Cunersdorf family , daughter of Heinrich Friedrich von Itzenplitz .
