Johannes Sagittarius

Johannes Schütze (born August 19, 1911 in Gröditz , † after 1972) was a German functionary of the GDR block party NDPD . From 1953 to 1956 he was chairman of the NDPD district association Schwerin .

Life

Schütze, a teacher by profession, taught in Freiberg and Pirna . He joined the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP) on May 1, 1937 . He became a member of the Reich Labor Service (RAD) and did military service as an officer in the 194 artillery regiment of the Wehrmacht during the Second World War from 1942 . As a first lieutenant he became a Soviet prisoner of war . In 1949 he was released into the Soviet occupation zone .

In 1949, Schütze joined the National Democratic Party of Germany (NDPD). He was a student, teaching assistant and teacher at the University of National Politics in Waldsieversdorf . In 1951 he became director of the NDPD state party school in Mecklenburg and in 1952 deputy chairman of the NDPD district association Schwerin. From 1953 to 1956 he acted as chairman of the NDPD district association. From 1952 he was a member of the Schwerin District Assembly and from 1953 to 1958 a member of the NDPD main committee. From 1957, Schütze was head of the chair at the aforementioned university in Waldsieversdorf. Until 1966 he was chairman of URANIA in the Frankfurt (Oder) district and member of the company's executive committee. Later, he was head of cultural policy of the Central Board of the DSF , Head of Culture and Education at the VEB Municipal Housing Administration (KWV) Prenzlauer Berg and District Chairman of the DSF in the district Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. In January 1972 he was appointed director of the business academy "Building Management" in Berlin.
