action

Kirby Sweetman owns a cinema and has a knack for finding rare and obscure films. The millionaire Mr. Bellinger wants to use this ability to get a special film. This suits Kirby Sweetman because he owes a debt to a man with whom he shares a tragic past. The film that Sweetman is supposed to track down is called "La Fin Absolue du Monde" (German: The absolute end of the world) by Hans Backovic. This film has only been shown once so far; the screening ended in a bloodbath and a fire in the cinema. It was said that the film drove the audience crazy. Even so, Sweetman begins the search and the closer he gets to the film, the more terrible the events and the more threatening the signs of a bad ending.
