John Coda (* in Los Angeles , California ) is an American composer and producer specializing in film music .

Life

In his youth, Coda began to write music himself and learned the instruments of drums , piano and flute . He later graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Music degree . Afterwards, Coda worked for various recording studios in Hollywood and devoted himself to composing music for film and television. He also worked as a songwriter for other artists. Today John Coda lives in Santa Monica, Southern California .

The success of the television series Raven Looks Through , for which Coda wrote the theme music , earned him a BMI Award and a Gold Record from Walt Disney Records .
