Jonathan Carlstedt (born October 19, 1990 in Itzehoe ) is a German chess player , trainer and author .
Coaching
Carlstedt was awarded the title of FIDE Instructor in 2011. His students included Josefine Heinemann , Dmitrij Kollars , Thorben Koop and Filiz Osmanodja , and he was the captain of the German women's team at the 2018 Chess Olympiad . Jonathan Carlstedt has been a full-time trainer in the Werder Bremen chess department since November 2019 .
successes
Carlstedt took second place at the German youth singles championship in 2008 in the U18 age group and thus qualified for the youth world championship in Vũng Tau , where he landed in midfield with 5.5 points from 11 games. He has been an international champion since 2011 and fulfilled the required standards in August 2010 at the Politiken Cup in Helsingør , in September 2011 at the Ciutat de Sabadell in Sabadell and in January 2011 at a grand master tournament of the Hamburg SK . Jonathan Carlstedt fulfilled the norms for the title of grandmaster at the Chess House GM 2015 in Aarhus , at the Tradewise Gibraltar Chess Festival 2017 and in the 1st German Bundesliga 2017/18 .

In the 1st Bundesliga, Carlstedt had his first appearances in the 2010/11 season for Hamburger SK , later he played in this class in the 2012/13 season for Wiesbadener SV and from 2014 to 2019 again for Hamburger SK , with the he also took part in the European Club Cup 2015. Carlstedt has also played in the Hamburg regional league for SK Marmstorf and SV Diagonale Harburg .
