Press

“Joon Wolfsberg was born in Cologne and grew up in Erfurt - but it sounds pretty international. Somewhere between Jefferson Airplane singer Grace Slick, folk rock elements and lots of Joon Wolfsberg, the 20-year-old newcomer, produced by her father, sings her way through real catchy tunes. Some of their songs like 'Big Fish' or 'Free Your Mind' even have chart qualities. Good - the lyrics are not always the best, but free: the focus here is on the music. [...] "

- Willy Theobald : Financial Times Deutschland of June 3, 2012.

"But when you hear her drifting into old-fashioned vocals and the alternative rock sound of her band that is between muted folk rock and nostalgic bathing in nostalgia, you might think that the lady has already had a lot more than two decades of life behind her."

- Ostsee-Zeitung.de

“Joon Wolfsberg, 'The Deluxe Underdog': 1.5 stars. Half skull, half rock chick - the Erfurt native struggles with great blues rock. "

- Fabian Broicher : Rolling Stone Magazine from December 9, 2014.

"Save Him, 1220 Wells Street: They say that those who don't learn from the past are doomed to repeat it, Joon and her musical gang prove that it is by learning from the past that they get a hand in writing music's next chapter and it is a chapter that fans of songs built on integrity and honest are going to revel in.
