The Joos is a river in France that runs in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the municipality of Montory , generally drains towards the northeast and after 36 kilometers flows into the Gave d'Oloron as a left tributary in the municipality of Préchacq-Josbaig .
