Bishop José Diéguez Reboredo.

José Diéguez Reboredo (born April 25, 1934 in San Miguel de Enquerentes , Touro ) is the former bishop of Tui-Vigo .

Life

José Diéguez Reboredo was ordained a priest on August 13, 1961 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Osma-Soria on September 1, 1984 . The Apostolic Nuncio in Spain , Antonio Innocenti , donated him episcopal ordination on October 28 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Angel Suquía Goicoechea , Archbishop of Madrid , and Teodoro Cardenal Fernández , Archbishop of Burgos .

On May 15, 1987, he was appointed Bishop of Orense . On June 7, 1996 he was appointed bishop of Tui-Vigo. On January 28, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI. his age-related resignation.
