Josef Arnold the Younger (* 1823 in Vienna ; † April 28, 1862 in Innsbruck ) was a Tyrolean fresco , portrait and landscape painter .

Life

Josef Arnold the Younger was the son of the Tyrolean fresco painter Josef Arnold the Elder and Franziska Kuchinka. In 1824 he moved to Innsbruck with his family. He began his apprenticeship with his father and then from 1840 attended the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts .
