Joseph Luc André Bouchard (born November 18, 1948 in Cornwall ) is Bishop of Trois Rivières .

Life

Joseph Luc André Bouchard was ordained a priest on June 24, 1983 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Saint Paul in Alberta on September 8, 2001 . The episcopal ordination donated him the Archbishop of Toronto , Thomas Christopher Collins , on November 9th of the same year; Co - consecrators were Émilius Goulet PSS , Archbishop of Saint-Boniface , and Eugène Philippe LaRocque , Bishop of Alexandria-Cornwall . As a motto he chose Ut Vitam Habeant .

He was appointed Bishop of Trois Rivières on February 2, 2012 and was introduced to the office on March 26 of the same year.
