Joseph Raja Rao Thelegathoti SMM (born March 8, 1952 in Peddautapally , Andhra Pradesh , India ) is Bishop of Vijayawada .
Life
Joseph Raja Rao Thelegathoti joined the Congregation of Montfortains in and put on 31 January 1980, the eternal vows from. He received on 7 June 1980, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On December 19, 2015, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Vijayawada. The Apostolic Nuncio in India, Archbishop Salvatore Pennacchio , donated him episcopal ordination on February 2, 2016 ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Hyderabad , Thumma Bala , and the Archbishop of Visakhapatnam , Prakash Mallavarapu .
