Juan Alberto Puiggari (born November 21, 1949 in Buenos Aires ) is Archbishop of Paraná .

Life

Juan Alberto Puiggari was ordained a priest on November 13, 1976 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Turuzi and auxiliary bishop in Paraná on February 20, 1998 . The Archbishop of Paraná, Estanislao Esteban Karlic , donated him episcopal ordination on May 8 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Mario Antonio Cargnello , Bishop of Orán , and Luis Guillermo Eichhorn , Bishop of Gualeguaychú .

On June 7, 2003, he was appointed Bishop of Mar del Plata by John Paul II . The solemn inauguration ( enthronement ) took place on August 10 of the same year. Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on November 4, 2010 Archbishop of Paraná. The official inauguration was on March 7, 2011.
