Juan Carlos Pérez López (born March 30, 1990 in Madrid ), Juan Carlos for short , is a Spanish football player . His preferred position is the left midfield . He has been under contract with the Portuguese first division club Sporting Braga since 2011 and was loaned out to the Spanish first division club FC Málaga in the 2015/16 season .

Career

Juan Carlos played at a young age in the football academy Escuela de Fútbol Madrid Oeste Boadilla in Boadilla del Monte . In the summer of 2007, the then 17-year-old switched to Real Madrid's offspring . At the beginning of the 2009/10 season, the left winger rose to the second team of the Real Madrid Castilla club and finished them with 11 goals as the team's best scorer. On October 3, 2010, he celebrated his senior team debut in the league game against Deportivo La Coruña , after being substituted on for Ángel Di María in the 78th minute . In summer 2011, Portuguese club Sporting Braga signed the winger and loaned him to Real Zaragoza for a season . In the following season Juan Carlos moved, again on loan, to Betis Sevilla . Real Madrid kept a buyback option until June 2014 but did not withdraw it. After being loaned to Betis Sevilla for two seasons, he returned to Braga FC in 2014 and was loaned to Granada CF for the following season . The following season he was awarded to Málaga CF from the Primera División .

On March 24, 2011, Juan Carlos made his debut for the Spanish U-21 national team against France .
