Juan José Chaparro Stivanello CMF (born July 22, 1953 in Colonia Freitas , Argentina ) is Bishop of San Carlos de Bariloche .

Life

Juan José Chaparro Stivanello joined the Order of the Claretians . He made temporary profession on March 1, 1975 and perpetual profession on February 12, 1979. He was ordained a deacon on October 6, 1979 . Chaparro Stivanello received on 12 April 1980, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On July 9, 2013, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of San Carlos de Bariloche. The Bishop of Merlo-Moreno , Fernando Carlos Maletti , ordained him episcopal on September 28 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Avellaneda-Lanús , Rubén Oscar Frassia , and the Archbishop of Bahía Blanca , Guillermo Garlatti .
