Juan Manuel Mancilla Sánchez (born January 27, 1950 in San Luis Potosí ) is Bishop of Texcoco .

Life

Juan Manuel Mancilla Sánchez was ordained a priest on July 1, 1974 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Reperi and auxiliary bishop in Texcoco on May 23, 2001 . The episcopal ordination donated him the old archbishop of San Luis Potosí , Arturo Antonio Szymanski Ramírez , on June 24th of the same year; Co- consecrators were Giuseppe Bertello , Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico , and Carlos Aguiar Retes , Bishop of Texcoco.

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on November 8, 2005 Bishop of Ciudad Obregón . He was named Bishop of Texcoco on June 18, 2009, and was installed in office on August 12 of the same year.
