Julia Peirone

Julia Peirone (* 1973 in Argentina ) is a Swedish photographer .

Life

She moved to Sweden from Argentina when she was three. She studied at the Göteborg Film School and at Konstfack in Stockholm . Her works have so far been exhibited at the Kunstverein Munich , the National Portrait Gallery , London and the Finish Museum of Photography. A few years ago she received Sweden's prestigious state IASPIS scholarship.
