Julius Kiptoo

Julius Kiptoo (born September 4, 1977 ) is a Kenyan middle and long distance runner .

In 2008 he won the national elimination race over 10,000 m for the African Athletics Championships in Addis Ababa , where he was sixth. Shortly afterwards he won the 10 km run of the Ottawa Race Weekend in 28:37 minutes, with heavy headwinds preventing a better time.
