Julius Petersen (politician)

Hans Peter Julius Petersen (born June 11, 1880 in Ujarasussuk , † after 1927) was a Greenland state councilor .

Julius Petersen was the son of Pavia Peter Jakob Mikkel and his wife Augusta Frogsine Mariane. His name was Jakobsen when he was born , but his father's middle name soon formed his family name. About his sister was the regional councilor's brother-in-law Karl Olsvig .

Julius Petersen was a hunter in Ikamiut , where he also sat for a legislative period in the North Greenland State Council from 1923 to 1927 .
