Isak Abelsen

Pele Johannes Isak Abelsen (born May 27, 1879 in Kitsissuarsuit , † February 1956 ) was a Greenland state councilor .

Isak Abelsen was the son of the hunter Niels Hendrik Frederik Abelsen and his wife Annike Debora Brandt. Like his father, he was a hunter himself and sat on the local council and in the legislative period from 1923 to 1926 in North Greenland's regional council . He died a respected resident of Aasiaat in February 1956 at the age of 76.
