Jupp Hammerschmidt & Hubert vom Venn were a cabaret duo from the Eifel . Their last joint appearance was on December 14, 2011. According to their own information, the duo had 1,180 appearances in front of 81,646 visitors.

Hubert vom Venn (born October 12, 1953 in Monschau ) is real Hubert Franke and lives in Roetgen .

Jupp Hammerschmidt (* 1947 in Höfen ) is real name Wendelin Rader and lives in Aachen .

After completing school at the Monschau high school, he studied German and history . After completing his studies, he worked as a bookseller and publisher of scientific books.

Since 1990 he has worked as a radio and television writer in the comedy sector , where he was a. a. Active for Thomas Gottschalk , Harald Schmidt , Ottfried Fischer and the broadcasts RTL Saturday night , Friday evening news and 7 days, 7 people . His publications are on the radio a. a. at Antenne AC , Antenne Bayern , RTL , Radio BE1 , also on Bavarian and West German radio .

Jupp Hammerschmidt has been touring with solo programs since March 2012.
