Jurij Dmytrenko ( Ukrainian Юрій Дмитренко , English transcription Yuriy Dmytrenko ; born June 14, 1968 ) is a former Ukrainian biathlete who competed in three different biathlon variants for the national teams of his association.

Jurij Dmytrenko started his first and last races in the Biathlon World Cup for the Ukraine at the start of the 1995/96 in Östersund , where he was 78th of the individual and 94th of the sprint. At the 1998 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Osrblie , he won the silver medal with Mychajlo Syson , Oleksandr Bilanenko and Vyacheslav Derkatsch in the relay race behind the Russian and in front of the Polish representation. In the sprint he missed another medal by just 0.2 seconds against third-placed Oleg Rudenko in fourth. He finished fourth in the pursuit. He also took part successfully in the archery biathlon world championships in Bessans in 1999 and won the individual bronze medal behind Emmanuel Jeannerod and Daniele Conte . With Vladyslav Lushchyk and Oleksandr Usmkalenko , Dimitrenko also won the silver medal in the relay race behind the Italians and ahead of Italy. In 2001 he won the silver medal at the archery biathlon world championships in Kubalonka in the pursuit race behind Alberto Peracino and ahead of Andrei Markow , in 2003 in Krün with Volodymir Osadchiy , Roman Shovkun and Serhiy Mykhaycenko behind Russia in the relay race.
